We just completed our Flush out Program; part of Fundamental Commissioning (International Third-Party Audit) process of Cute Dress Industry Ltd. 360 Total Solution Limited is working with Cute Dress Industry Limited as their USGBC (LEED) Green Building Consultant for USGBC LEED BD+C: New Construction v3 – LEED 2009 certification.

Protecting the environment and consciously striving to minimize use of natural resources are responsibilities that cannot be avoided. Cute Dress Industry Limited builds new factory building as per guideline of US Green Building Council (USGBC) which will be an environment-friendly RMG factory in Bangladesh. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system devised by the USGBC to evaluate the environmental performance of a building and encourage market transformation towards sustainable design. They are in process of certification.

However, besides of sustainable infrastructure they also created a safe and health workplace for the people who are making our clothes. They also work with a process where they are sourcing sustainable raw materials and encourage their buyers to buy more and more sustainable products like organic, recycled, eco-friendly fibers etc.
